International Project Management Based on iEARN

On March 9 and 10 America House Chisinau hosted the program 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍 for EFL teachers.

The two-day intensive program was designed to introduce teachers to the concept of online collaborative learning and how to engage their students in project-based learning.

The Program was facilitated by Olga Morozan, iEARN-Moldova Country Coordinator.

Participants learned about the opportunities offered by project-based instruction, how to use iEARN resources, find international partners through the iEARN network, plan and implement a successful project, and use all the iEARN project resources in classrooms in an efficient manner.

In the end, teachers had to design for themselves a small project that could be implemented and presented at America House during the program.

All the participating teachers agreed that using iEARN projects will help inspire their students, not just as local action-takers, but also as community members.
